By accessing or using Vinit Links, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our URL shortening, redirection, or API services.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

Vinit Links provides a free platform for legitimate content distribution, marketing analytics, and clean link shortening. You agree NOT to use the service to create or distribute links to:

• Phishing, credential harvesting, or deceptive websites.
• Malware, spyware, ransomware, or malicious executables.
• Content that violates third-party intellectual property or copyright.
• Unsolicited bulk email spam or illegal activities.

We enforce an automated and human moderation system. Any link found violating this policy will be terminated immediately without prior notice.

3. Availability & Service Guarantees

Our platform is hosted on Cloudflare's serverless Edge architecture, engineered for high availability and low latency. However, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

4. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Vinit Links or its operators be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service or any third-party content accessed through shortened URLs.

5. Contact & Abuse Inquiries

To report a link that violates our acceptable use policy, please use our Abuse Reporting Portal. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours.
